The Sleek app automatically loads orders from your Shopify store within seconds or minutes, depending on order volume. However, in rare cases, some orders may not appear in your dashboard. Here’s how to handle them:
For Missing orders in the dashboard:
In such cases, you need to contact us by raising a ticket on our support portal or email us at support@sleekapp.freshdesk.com.
Syncing orders:
This option does not load the missing orders in the dashboard. It simply updates the status or details of orders that are already loaded in your Sleek dashboard. And also, ensures that any changes made in Shopify (e.g., order modifications, cancellations, fulfillment updates) are reflected in Sleek.
